North Europe Leaf Tweak

Alters the Windenbourg weather to allow for leaves on the ground during the whole season of fall, because that is more true to real North Europe weather and also much more beautiful.

By default, it takes until the second half of fall for leaves to start to accumulate in Windenbourg.
