No New Gardeners - Townie Overhaul Less Fame

With this mod, celebrities will no longer invade all lots in your neighbourhoods.

The mod also reduces the generation of new townies significantly.

Sims that are required for gameplay purposes will still be generated.

The mod comes with several modules so you can temporarily get rid of modules if you feel you need more Sims of a certain kind.

Townieoverhaul is a modular mod. The most important modules are the main module and the nounimportant Sims module, so you should at least install these if you want significantly reduced townie generation and famous Sim spawning. Technically, you are still free to choose whichever modules you like.

This is the No New Gardeners module.

It stops the game from creating new gardeners. The game will still use gardeners if there already are some. Keep in mind to temporarily remove this mod if you don't have any gardeners in your game and need one.
