No Meteorite Scared Moodled

Disables the scared moodlet that warns you before a meteorite strikes.  I did not like that notification moodlet at all because it basically lets you choose to voluntarily kill off your Sim instead of it being a random fated event as it used to be in previous iterations. I miss the random chaos from previous Sims titles and I would never ever choose to let my Sims die when I see the notification warning, so I made this mod.

There's also a second module to disable the text notification as well. Mix and match as you like.
