No Autonomous Sit on Pool Edge

Sims will only sit on pool edges when you direct them to do so. That way, they will no longer clip into objects while doing so.

(The speech bubbles pn the preview image are from my more diverse speech and thought bubbles mod.)

Compatiblity: Will conflict with any mod that alters these tuning files:

pool_Sit, 103404

For example, this is not compatible with my no cold sit on pool edge mod.
