Misc Mods - More Plopsy Offers

Increases the number of current offers that are available at Plopsy from 10 to 30. Ten is ridiculously low with all the different stuff available at plopsy, especially if you have all the packs that bring new items available on Plopsy.

This mod also fixes the plopsy buff that came with the pre Adventure Awaits patch.
