Less Patchy Time

Patchy the Scarecrow can be very helpful in the garden when he wakes up and is 'alive', but he hangs around a long time and gets in the way.  With this mod his 5hr 'awake' time is reduced to 3hr and shifted to earlier in the day.

This mod was originally created by Scarlet and most recently maintained by Caradriel but is currently abandoned, so I'm publishing it for everyone to enjoy.
