Fewer Autonomous Introductions - Conversation Tweak

Sims will introduce themselves less autonomously, especially flirty and enchanting introduction. There will be no more Sims coming from across the neighboorhood and block your tasks because they want to indroduce themselves.

Conversationtweak is a modular mod, but you can totally use this module on its own.
