Food roasted at the bbq pits that came with Island Living will be of better quality. It was rather ridiculous to wait for hours for food roasted on these pits only for it to come out in just normal quality and leave all your Sims caring about good food quality (foodies, Sims with the food fame perk) utterly disgusted.

Better Food Quality is a modular mod but you can combine the different modules to your personal preference.
