Better Heist Havoc is a simple mod that expands the Heist Havoc lot challenge so it can be used on any lot type — not just residential. Whether you’re building a chaotic nightclub, a risky retail shop, or a drama‑filled community space, this mod lets you enable burglary‑related events anywhere in your world. Base‑game only, no packs required.

This mod keeps all original Heist Havoc behavior intact — it simply removes the lot‑type restriction so you can create more storytelling opportunities and more unpredictable gameplay across every world.
