Misc Mods - Sibling Care Tweaks - Baby Care is Good Deed

Fixes several oversights with the scouting tasks:

- infant and baby socials like bottlefeed (also for foals) and change diaper will count towards the good deeds objective

- all crafts will now count toward the arts and crafs objective

This also fixes the bug where scouts are unable to donate to charity.
