Fixes a bug where promised teenagers would tell you that they are single when you ask them.

EA claimed to have fixed this bug, but all they actually did was coding that Sims will recognize that they are promised to someone else as long as they have the moodlet from just having it happen. After the short buff fades off, they will tell you they're single again. Not a fix, really, so back is my mod.
