Spacious Kids Room With Activities 001

Hi there, the toddler on my most recent save just aged up to child, so I have updated her room to include extra activities as well as a new bed. 

Contains: Bed, seating, toys, toy storage, violin, doll house, Dreative Art Though activity table, Juniot Wizard starter set, bookshelf, mirror, comfy carpet and cute rugs, 2 Into The Moodlet lamps.

All base game items with no CC.  7,172 Simoleons, 8x5, playtested.

To add a room to your lot, navigate to your Tray folder, usually found in Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4>Tray and unzip the file into it or unzip in downloads and move the files into Tray.
