An unfurnished family mansion for your Sims. The exterior and gardens are finished. The interior comes with a floorplan (and basic wallpapers/flooring) and some furnishing suggestions. Ideal when you are looking for a shell with a floorplan ready to decorate and furnish to your own taste. Style is understated luxury.

Current/suggested floorplan:

• Main level : entry, cloakroom, main staircase, formal living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, 2 half bathrooms, nursery, master bedroom (with a private bathroom and large closet), office, bedroom, full bathroom, storage/utility room and secondairy staircase.
• Lower level : 3 bedrooms (one with a private bathroom), full bathroom, half bathroom, laundry, library, lounge, gym (with space for a sauna or bathroom), kid’s playroom, cinema, games room (or potential bedroom/ensuite), garage/workshop, chef’s kitchen and 2 storage/utility rooms.
• Basement : butler/guest bedroom and a unnamed room (potential bedroom), both rooms enjoy daylight. This level has lots of space for expansions.
• Gardens : landscaped gardens, deck, covered outdoor kitchen, room for a playground or kitchen garden and pool.
• Lot size : 50×40. The build on the photos is shown on the Robles Point lot in San Sequoa. It also looks good on the Twin Oracle Point lot in Newcrest and (with some landscaping work) on the Oakenstead lot in Willow Creek.
• Packs used (both exterior and the interior suggestions) : Growing Together, Highschool Years, Eco Lifestyle, Get Together, Discover University and Desert Luxe. This build is CC free.
