"This big house with attic had everything to be a success, but its high cost repeled potencial buyers. Eventually it got squatted by some weird folks.

The downstairs bedroom was occupied by an alcoholic with anger issues, on the floor above there's a cat person and someone paranoid, while the attic is inhabited by an artist who only paints blank canvases. Besides the trash, it's off-the-grid, overgrown, falling apart and way cheaper now. What a bargain."

Eco Lifestyle is known for having very cheap furniture (like a bed that's half the cost of a toilet paper), so I made a really big starter home using only it and base game. The exterior is a mixture of my favorite elements from the fake houses nearby, and to decorate it I used trash and a lot of debug objects.
