Two fully functional houses with a retro vibe, reminiscent of the 70s to 90s!
They are identical, and having two on the same lot enhances the gameplay. You can easily house the grandparents in one and the rest of the family in the other. Or, thanks to the "Go to University" pack, you can recruit roommates you won't have to manage and make them your neighbors! In any case, you just need to lock the doors so everyone has their own space!
They consist of:
- An entrance hall
- An office
- A large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area
Upstairs:
- A bathroom
- A master bedroom
- A child's/teenager's bedroom
- A nursery/toddler's room
Outside:
- A swimming pool
- A garden table
- Sun loungers
- A small paddling pool for toddlers
