Realistic House 🏠 For a new beginning

Today I present to you the newest construction, a realistic house, inspired by the Pacific region. When I prepared the structure of the house, I thought of a house that could be inhabited by a family at the beginning of the journey, the house having a price that does not exceed 45,000 §. 🏡🌅

In the yard of the house you will find specially designed spaces that offer a realistic vibe and that will fit very well in your city. From any place you look at the house, it will definitely be noticed by its shape. 🌴☀️

Just like I said at the beginning, being a house for those with a moderate income, I added a stall in front of the house where you can sell fresh food to passersby, this will help you raise money for a renovation, because the house is a little unkempt. 🥘💸

Inside, I tried as much as possible to add objects that fit this concept. The interior is divided as follows, on the ground floor we have a living room with a small open space kitchen and a bathroom, and on the first floor a comfortable bedroom. 🪑🧸
