New York Inspired Street

Hello! This time i build a New York Inspired Street again. It's one of my favorite thing to build in The Sims 4 and i thought that it was the perfect time to build something like this because of The Sims 4 For Rent Expansion Pack is comming soon and that means that those Townhouses and Apartments finally will be functional. This time i made 2 Townhouses the black Townhouse is split into 2 Apartments the one on the first floor is made for a Musican / Bachelor's. It's a really dark and modern apartment and has a garden. The one on the second floor is made for the Bheeda Family. The interior is colorfull and has enough space for the twins/triplets they gonna get. The other Townhouse is made for a big family and has a really calm vibe and a lot of earth tones and has a garden and balcony. Next to the townhouses there is a Coffeeshop with above it a gym. And the last building is a pizzaria and there is a Industrial Loft above it with Balcony. I had so much fun with building this street. I hope you like it!
