Through the foyer you enter the open hall, a large tri-story vaulted ceiling room which is massive enough to show anything - including movie night, or a T-Rex skull. Off the open hall is the dining room, which sits just below the mezzanine and adjacent to the kitchen, which has passage to the attached garage. On each level you'll find a full bathroom, and plenty of natural light in all spaces.

Exterior features: The home is an ultra-modern mansion, but for just one. It is built from gray stone, blanched stone, deep rich wood trims, and has some parts in wood paneling with matching effect. The home has flat roofing with skylights in the open hall and the penthouse, and the property is fully fenced with tall privacy fencing in white wood. Opposite the private entertaining stage you'll find a private beachfront overlooking downtown Del Sol Valley - this was by request of the homeowner, who had plants from around the world including Sulani, Tartosa and Selvadorada installed. Very relaxing - for when you can't jet-set away and have an album to finish.
