Modern Luxe Penthouse Del Sol Valley

Hello! The new Modern Luxe Kit is out and the first thing that came in my mind for this kit was a penthouse. This time not in San Myshuno but in Del Sol Valley because i feel like this world is missing penthouses. I've used almost every item off this new kit in this build. I hope you like it!
