This is also a budget house that only uses basegame, but this time in a different style! I called this "casa moderna" at the time, but after doing a better modern house I find "banana leaf wallpaper house" a more accurate name.

I believe terrain tools had just been released when I made this build, which is why you'll see them a lot across my first few builds. It sure made landscaping harder, but I don't think this one is that bad.
