Interior features: The interior of this home is ultra-modern with concrete, hardwood and wood paneling throughout. Modern lightning, modern furnishings and modern decor make this home feel alive and thoroughly modern. The kitchen is large enough for an entertaining peninsula, and all appliances are high end and modern.

Exterior features: The home is a large Northern European newbuild with white stone and black accenting, wood paneling, and multiple types of stone and tile surrounding. The property is fully landscaped with native Windenburg plants, and the rear of the home includes a small private gardening area, a hot tub, and things for children to do.

Three SimPrime favorite things about this home:
- What a stunner. From the cars on the driveway to the bathroom towels, this home screams high end Scandinavian luxury.
- The main hall is exceptional and has a fun sunken conversation pit for... conversing. It also has great views of the rear deck.
- The lido deck and the en suite are Simstagram worthy and will no doubt be the talk of the Crumbling Isle for a long time to come.

ETC: This started off as a rectangle. I know it's cliche but this house really isn't a very interesting shape, though it is inspired by something I saw a YouTuber I follow getting ready to move into. I just thought his was a little.. Plain. So I decided to borrow the overall shape of his house, and make it something far more interesting. I initially wanted to use a different set of cars but the mod didn't want to cooperate, so please enjoy the Volvo butts. The home is more a functional piece of art than a real Sims house, though the Bjergsens could easily live here and not think twice about it. It ticks every box of their old house and is a whole lot less unsightly. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did creating it.
