Floorplan - bedrooms: 2, on the second floor. One primary with private deck, one secondary (for one teen, child, or guest).

- common areas: This home is expansive. Entering the home lands you at the reception, which has stairs to the first floor, or a door to the garage, which is currently a makeshift gym - plus a small freshen-up station. The first floor offers open-plan living, with a full galley kitchen, dinette, TV nook, small shared office worktop, and a small conversation deck attached. The second floor offers a full, modern bathroom. The grounds also features full off-street parking and private gardens.

Interior features: Modern wood paneling meets with traditional slate, concrete, and parquee to make this home one to remember. Plenty of modern luxury, modern appliances and electronics; plenty of dark and brooding touches. Ideal for a modern vampire or vampiress with a family to raise and plasma fruit to grow.

Exterior features: The home is ultra-modern and is inspired by a real life home outside of Seattle, Washington, where the Twilight franchise was partly filmed. With slate, strawberry blonde wood siding and black trim with black roof shingles also trimmed in black, this home catches the eye and looks smart from every angle. Just... Don't go out and admire it at night.
