Crick Cabana Redecorated

Hi there, I redid the decorating on Crick Cabana, one of the starter houses in Willow Creek. Basically, I just redecorated it to my tastes and added an easel on the porch. It ended up costing less Simoleons than the original version, which is nice. I have made no major changes to the contents and no structural changes- it's just a recolour and a couple of furniture changes, as I wanted to keep it as close to the price of the original as possible. It was a nice surprise that it came out cheaper!

Playtested, basegame, 11,841 Simoleons. (The original is 13,286 Simoleons) If you are wondering how I made it cost less, it was accidental- some of the walls and the bathroom tiles were more expensive than the ones I chose to replace them.
