Restaurant Meal Fix

-NPCs will autonomously order all kinds of food at a restaurant (desserts, ice cream, baked goods) which they are not able to by default. By default, Sims can only autonomously order food that is classified as the main course.

-NPCs with the childoftheocean trait will no longer order fish at restaurants.
