Purchase Crystal and Metal

Since we now have a Stuff Pack (Crystal Creations) that centres around making jewels and the like. NateTheL0ser mentioned that some of the metal and crystal were locked (aka none purchasable) when using the Gemology Table and I noticed that the PC option to purchase crystal from GTW were missing some of the rare ones, as well as there not being an option to even buy metals. So I made this mod to fix that.

Features:

- The mod is a standalone, meaning it just needs the base game and Lot51's Core Library. Any gems added by other packs will show up if you have said packs, else you just won't see them.

- Added all the crystal and metals in the game, both common, rare, etc provided you have all the packs that adds in any crystals and metals. (Again you will only see crystals and metals from packs you own)

- The mod disables the GTW "Purchase Crystal" option on the PC to prevent piemenu/UI bloat, since the mod does the same, but more.

- You'll find the store under "Order" on the PC. I have added a green gem so it's easy to recognize and to remind you it's a mod and not EA's. In case there is an issue, so you come to me for help and not EA.
