Pregnancy Overhaul 

This Mod adds a small chance that sims can die after giving birth

How this Mod works:

There is a 1-3% chance for a Sim to die after giving birth.

There are two versions to choose from. 2 Days and 7 Days, which is the duration of the sad buff other sims will get after the sim dies.
