NPC House DJ Career

TURN IT UP! This mod opens up the House DJ career so that your Sim can join and fill the role when another sim comes to the Nightclub venue.  Just take the trait from the Rewards Store and apply for the job.  

At first I thought this was basegame, but it's not.  Headliners have to be Level 10 and they get that robot head as a situation outfit.  You can modify the regular career outfit, however.    

Chalet Gardens Ghost trait

This sets Bernard and Mimsy as NPCs and you can add your own Ghost to haunt the gardens.  Or non ghost as the filters don't actually specify a ghost is needed.  BUT it is filtered by gender, so the female will always fill Mimsy's role and the male Bernard.  This time I wouldn't recommend deleting the original pair as that spawns another two even if one is deleted.  I have found that having an "extra" "Mimsy" in there isn't a problem, but just one of either spawns a pair of new Chalet ghosts.  

Like all my careers this requires the XML Injector.
