No Autonomous Jogging

Sims will no longer autonomously go on a jog.

This does not affect NPC joggers in the open world. What it does is stop other Sims from autonomously going for a jog. It freaked me out that when I went to visit a Sim, they would just randomly go of for a jog. It also freaked my out that my teenagers would not enter the house after shool, but I found them jogging through the neighborhood instead.
