More Children at Recreation Centers

Makes toddlers, children and teens show up with an accompaning relative at Recreation Centers.

You absolutely have to install the BASE MODULE (more children at venues) mod for this mod to work. You can get that mod here. 

If you don't install the base module, this mod will do absolutely nothing. Also, the base module morechildrenatvenues will do nothing if installed on its own.
