Horse Ranch Careers + NPCs

Like all my careers it requires the XML Injector.

A career pack from the latest expansion pack.  This one has the Horse Trainer, Ranch Hand, and Mysterious Rancher NPC Careers opened to the player.  As you can see I made mine all bears that double up as NPC bears from Outdoor retreat.  Hey, even bears gotta make a living!  You think a bear can just live in the woods eating honey and stealing picnic baskets?  With climate change the way it is?  In this economy?  No way!  Bears can't be lazy that way any more.  

Interestingly the "Mysterious Rancher" Career wasn't necessary for him to appear on the lot, but I made it so anyway.  Just in case.  And it's there anyway, plus it allows you to control the outfit they can wear if it's done that way.  I also made it so you can add the "Chestnut Ridge Local" trait, in case you wanted to.  

For the Ranch Hand you might want to get their skills up so they'll actually be useful, but it's up to you whether you want a competent Ranch Hand or not.  

I've also taken away the Mysterious Rancher's immortality.  Seemed a bit overpowered.  So if he dies you may have to replace him.
