The new Self-Service Paid Laundry lot challenge adds a realistic touch to your game by requiring Sims to insert a coin before using any washing machine or dryer on the lot. This feature allows you to create fully functional laundromats on rental units, university housing, or business lots, where the lot owner can collect the earnings as passive income. While it can be applied to any lot type—including public venues—residential owners should note they will end up paying for their own machines. Designed specifically for storytellers and players seeking financial realism, this mod does not increase autonomy to ensure Sims don't become obsessed with laundry.
