Frappe Maker can be found under 'Small Appliances' and it costs 275$. It comes in 12 different colors which are maxis match.
There are 11 different drinks that can be made on the machine each of them require level 1 cooking skill.

These drinks do NOT boost the Coffee Fanatic Lifestyle! (I personally love frappe and wanted to give this pleasure to my sims, but I'm really annoyed when they get fixated and paranoid with object, so thats why I kept the lifestyle out).
