Download all items from the links.

Make sure they are all unzipped, add the package files to your mods folder. I suggest having a designated CC folder but you do you lol.

Download the Tray file under the cut, unzip it and copy those files into your Tray folder.

Once in CAS, go to your library, check to show custom content and Phoebie should pop up. Add her to your household.
