I have tested that this wall paper is automatically installed together with the room.  

I used cheat "bb.moveobjects" for place some decor. I have tested even without the cheat, there is no issue with putting this room and all objects functional fine.

But if you will place room on empty lot game, it would automatically apply short wall in the game. So in this cace, it is still recomended to use "bb.moveobjects" and after place room on lot - change wall to medium.
