This is a Vanilla Plus mod, meaning it adds to Maxis without replacing or changing what's already there.
Specifically, it adds a job posting system BEFORE starting a career, without touching existing careers in any way.
The mod hides and replaces the job search interaction on the phone (which can be unlocked at any time in case of need)
