Chinese translation of Wild Horses Lot Trait by SimplifiedModding
I cloned the "Dog/Cat Hangout" lot trait from Cats and Dogs, which adds strays to the game, and reworked it for horses. I also added wild horse adoption, since I saw that in the code for cats and dogs and thought it was cute and it didn't seem to be otherwise present for whatever reason.
