This mod adds a new level of realism to the game when a baby or child is neglected and taken away by social services. Unlike the basic game experience, this mod adds interactions, traits, moodlets and menus that delve deeper into the Sims' emotions and actions in this situation.
🌟 Key features:
🚨 Event Start:
When the child is removed, you will receive a notification and a special moodlet.
During the following 3-10 hours, new interactions related to the situation are unlocked.
💔 "Neglected Their Child" Trait:
This trait allows your Sim to perform event-related interactions.
It unlocks a new menu on the phone that includes options such as:
Visit CPS (child protective services).
Meet the adoptive parents.
Meet the child.
Family Care Services.
👨👩👧👦 Family Interactions:
To avoid future similar events, you can develop a stronger bond with your children or grandchildren through a new menu under "Friendly."
These interactions help to better understand the child's needs and strengthen the relationship.
🌀 Emotional Transition:
If your Sim cannot overcome the event, you can replace the "Neglected Their Child" trait with a similar trait that reflects their emotional progress.
It unlocks conversations and pie menus with their other children, exploring emotions such as low self-esteem and questioning their parenting skills.
