The mod offers detailed operational management tools, such as setting rates, assigning employees, and providing services (daily cleaning, on-demand maintenance, and room service). Guest Sims can move freely around the facilities, socialize autonomously, and enjoy stays of up to thirty days, during which their work and school obligations are temporarily suspended, consistent with the base game's rental system.
