This sprinkler can be found in Activities and Entertainment > Outdoor Activities.
This does everything a normal sprinkler does, except it waters a slightly larger area. When you place it, the highlighted green footprint around the sprinkler will show you exactly how far it will water. I adjusted it so you can place it directly in the middle of 4 slabs of garden soil and it will water the plants from corner to corner.
You can walk on it and play when it's hot exactly like the game one, but with more utility, the truth of all is that I like the game ones so little that until I found these I barely used them and the good thing about it is that it really You can place plants in all its green squares that the sim does not get stuck in, which makes it especially useful for giant crops.
