RSM - Purchased Items delievered via Mail (LittleMsSam) /  spanish translation only

This mod adjusts the ordering system through the computer, causing items to arrive by mail instead of directly to the Sim's inventory.

🌟 Notable changes:

Orders now arrive by mail, except for gifts (Seasons), crystals and headsets.
New ordering options: pet toys and children's toys.
Does not affect custom content that uses proprietary settings files.
