💀 Fixes ocean drowning deaths. Instead of receiving the generic "Death by Drowning", Sims who drown at sea will now have the "Drowned at Sea" ghost state. 🌊👻

✔ Ghosts of Sims who drowned in the ocean will always have a water effect on their feet, even while sleeping.
✔ Uses the specific ocean drowning death that already exists in-game but wasn't applied properly.
