This mod allows you to create and manage your own record label or recording studio in The Sims 4.

🎬 Settings

Batch:

Set up a lot with the Record Label or Recording Studio lot type.
Traits in CAS:

Record Label CEO (Category: Lifestyle).
Music Lawyer (Category: Emotions).
Find Talent:

You need 3 musicians: Vocalist, Pianist and Guitarist.
Use the “Find Music Talent” interaction to offer them a deal.
📝 Steps to Manage the Seal

Buy the Record Label:

From a computer, select “Record Label” > Purchase Record Label.
Negotiate a Contract:

Plan the “Negotiate Record Deal” social event using your phone.
Invite:
music lawyer
Vocalist
Guitarist
Pianist
Use negotiation interactions to convince the lawyer and sign the deal.
💰 Lawyer Cost: $10,000

Recording Session:
Plan the “Recording Session” event ($25,000).
Make sure the recording room is equipped with a microphone, guitar, and piano.
Minimize distractions:
Lock doors.
Make sure your Sims' needs are high.
🎶 Result: The track will be recorded even if Sims do not play their instruments directly.

📝 Pasos para Administrar el Sello

1. Compra el Sello Discográfico:

   • Desde una computadora, selecciona “Record Label” > Purchase Record Label.

2. Negocia un Contrato:

   • Planifica el evento social “Negotiate Record Deal” usando el teléfono.
   • Invita a:
     • Abogado de música
     • Vocalista
     • Guitarrista
     • Pianista
   • Usa interacciones de negociación para convencer al abogado y firmar el trato.

💰 Costo del Abogado: $10,000

1. Sesión de Grabación:
   • Planifica el evento “Recording Session” ($25,000).
   • Asegúrate de que la sala de grabación esté equipada con un micrófono, guitarra y piano.
   • Minimiza distracciones:
     • Bloquea puertas.
     • Asegúrate de que las necesidades de los Sims estén altas.
