To be accepted, your Sim will have a better chance if they have:
✔️ Charisma
✔️ Logic
✔️ Physical Aptitude
✔️ Compatible Traits (disciplined, active, studious…)

❌ Lazy, criminal, or negatively traited Sims… well, let's just say the academy prefers other profiles. 😬

📚 Training + Studies

During their career, your Sims will have:
📖 Study books: Criminal Law and Criminal Practice
📱 Phone-based training
🏃 Intensive practice sessions
🚌 Random events like field trips

Get ready for a busy schedule. 😵‍💫

🎭 Missions + Real Risks

When your Sim reaches level 4… here's where things get interesting:
🕵️ 2-day undercover mission
✉️ Opportunity letters with important decisions
💀 Real danger: your Sim can be injured… or die

If they are only injured:
🏥 They can go to the Academy Hospital via phone.

🎓 Graduation

Upon graduation, your Sim receives:
📜 Official Academy Certificate
👮‍♀️ Direct access to the Detective career (level 2) with the highest salary
🎓 Degree in Psychology, if you have Discover University
