This budget chalkboard sign was hand drawn for the "a regular, though talented, sim could have managed this" look, for something nice, but a step above what the game offers for chalkboard signage, oh, and it's cheaper too. However, it's also nice enough to fit in most places that offer coffee, or other hot drinks. Noting that one of the signs hints at apple cider as well, and that one certainly has a fall inspired theme to it, while the other is more "all season".
