Due to low participation from the Discord server, the people who already had chosen something to make could take another one from what was still available: which were most of the community lots, or the remaining family. For me, the choice was obvious, as I was already in the process of making a matching vet clinic to my previous house.

This meant the exterior was easier in general, and I could focus on the smaller details, such as the front yard and the gardens. Since the clinic size was closer to a 30x30, I managed to make an entire "for sale" house to fill the remaining space.

I forgot up to 11 sims can work at a vet clinic at once (3 workers, plus 8 in the household), so I had to remove one of the vet bathrooms in order to fit 3 exam rooms. I also managed to squeeze the lab in the top right corner, which makes this my lot with the highest amount of buildings!

August 23th: I've been wanting to add a separate version of each building, and finally did it! Also made a simplified version, which is better for gameplay, and as such, better for the save file! Making it helped me find out how to improve the exterior of the build, and I like it way more than before. I don't plan on reshooting, so the photos will remain outdated, sorry!

You would think now everything is correct, but I just realized I miscounted the number of bathrooms in some of the versions, and forgot to fix the clipping book pile in the break room.
