The last lot in a place is the easiest in some ways and hardest in others. I had to find out how to differentiate this build from the previous ones in Selvadorada, but also ways to make it belong.

For the exterior I aimed for town hall vibes, inspired by the "Ajuntament de Burjassot". I mixed elements from the other builds while also adding new things, such as the tiny ball on the tallest roof. The back was also equally important, as sims actually spawn on that side! I needed to fill a lot of space, so placed two pergolas and bonfires with seats that are usually filled with couples.

Inside, I went for "fancy" with a darker color scheme and lots of natural materials. There's plenty of activities, including stuff for kids! In hopes of making sims stay near the bar, a frame TV is right behind it and speakers with music can be found in the opposite wall.
