Ohan'ali Beach Redux - No cc

A little redux on the small beach lot in Sulani.  The lot now features two private beach nooks with bathroom facilities.  New larger deck has barbeque facilities and  a gaming area looking out on the sea.  Various water vehicles are accessible for your Simmies' fun.  Lounge chairs and bathing towels are close to the waterfront for your Sims pleasure and leisure.  NO custom content built.  Lot is playtested. Hope you have fun with this lot placed in your save file.
