I created this as a sort of part-time job option, so Sims do not have to enter any career and can choose to only work a shift when needed.
- It allows Sim to earn quick money by working a shift at a Company.
- This can be a 2-hours shift, 3,4,5 or 6-hour shift.
- Sims can work a shift at a company while employed or unemployed.
- Sims will get custom buffs (More than 30+ Buff options) depending on how the shift went.
- Available for Child-Elders.
- Sims can gain skills and motive gain during their shift. E.g. By working as a Barista, Sims can gain the Bartending Skill and can gain Charisma skill while working at the mall.
- No cooldown or time limit.
- Base-Game Compatible but requires XML Injector
