Fairies have many features, but one thing that sets them apart is how they share a certain weakness with Vampires: they have a motive they must maintain, lest its failure prove fatal. This gives them far more depth than their whimsical nature might imply at first glance, and makes it all the more important that they grow from generation to generation.

As with my other bloodlines, this follows the inheritance rules set by Realm of Magic's own Spellcaster Bloodlines (see below), and as such the bonuses received by Fairies with Fairy Bloodlines are as follows:

Weak Fairy Bloodline:

• Emotional Appetite drops and decays 10% slower
• Emotional Appetite is increased 10% faster
• Fairy XP gains improved by 10%
• Apothecary Skill gained 10% faster

Strong Fairy Bloodline:

• Emotional Appetite drops and decays 20% slower
• Emotional Appetite is increased 20% faster
• Fairy XP gains improved by 20%
• Apothecary Skill gained 20% faster

Ancient Fairy Bloodline:

• Emotional Appetite drops and decays 50% slower
• Emotional Appetite is increased 30% faster
• Fairy XP gains improved by 30%
• Apothecary Skill gained 30% faster

Inheritance rules are as follows: Fairies without a bloodline will produce Weak Fairy Bloodline Fairies, Weak produces Strong, Strong produces Ancient, and Ancient produces more Ancients. These reverse if the Sim with the bloodline isn't actually born a Fairy. The level of the bloodline will only increase so long as the offspring is a Fairy just like their parent(s).
