模组为SNBank系统扩展，加入实体银行场所，让模拟市民可以前往银行办理业务，而无需每次通过手机。未来还将加入信用系统。

贷款类型说明：模组支持两种贷款 – 无抵押贷款风险高、利率高；抵押贷款风险低、利率低，适用于购买房产

贷款申请流程：市民需前往金融中心申请贷款，系统会根据债务收入比（DTI）自动评估是否符合银行要求

贷款资格限制：必须拥有至少200模拟币的SNBank账户；若家庭中有人违约，必须等2周后才能再次申请

账单机制说明：账单由三部分组成 – 每周偿还金额、每日利息、逾期罚金，三者分别计算以模拟真实情况。

付款与提醒机制：贷款到期当天会收到银行提醒电话，需前往银行柜台付款。后续版本将集成账单系统显示欠款明细。

逾期处理规则：若未按时还款，将在下一期EA官方账单中增加4%逾期罚款，即使未安装SNB-Bills也可正常触发。

This mod is an extension to the SNBank system, adding physical bank locations so Sims can visit the bank in person to handle transactions without relying solely on the phone. A credit system is planned for future updates.

The mod supports two types of loans: unsecured loans, which have higher risk and higher interest rates, and secured (mortgage) loans, which have lower risk and lower interest rates, suitable for home purchases.

To apply for a loan, Sims must visit the Financial Center. The system will automatically evaluate eligibility based on the debt-to-income ratio (DTI).

To qualify, a Sim must have at least §200 in their SNBank account. If anyone in the household has defaulted on a loan, they must wait two weeks before applying again.

Loan bills consist of three parts: a weekly repayment amount, daily interest, and late payment penalties. These are calculated separately to simulate real-life conditions.

On the due date, Sims will receive a reminder call from the bank and must go to the bank counter to make the payment. Future updates will show loan details in the SNB-Bills system.

If the Sim fails to repay on time, a 4% late fee will be added to the next EA official bill, even if SNB-Bills is not installed.
